The iconic Walled Yard at Waveny was restored in 1994 by the New Canaan Backyard garden Club in partnership with the Town of New Canaan and numerous supporters. The Back garden Club restored the Peony Stroll in 2014 and the Parterre Backyard garden was restored by the Club in 2017. 

Educated Backyard garden Club members will be in every single back garden to response issues. Altman, Fields prepare spring wedding

Connor Altman and Fields are equally 2017 graduates of the College of Maryland at University Park.  The two satisfied as freshmen and upon graduation remained in Maryland. Connor is an Associate Economist with the Federal Communications Commission, having been given a Masters in Utilized Economics from Johns Hopkins University. Fields acquired an M.Ed. from the University of Maryland and is a bilingual teacher of Language Arts at Awesome Spring Elementary in Adelphi, Md.
